The Big Issue Group is looking for a Group Finance Director to oversee all financial activity across the Big Issue Group. Providing financial and team leadership to develop and monitor strategy and delivery, you will be a key enabler in Big Issues strategic objectives.
The Group Finance Director will provide analysis and advice across the Big Issue Group including our Social Investment, Media, and Frontline delivery groups and across our Boards.
You will be someone who challenges the status quo and is not afraid to ask questions, analyze processes, and create better ways of working. You will want to dive deep into the full workings of the finance function and enhance the services that it provides by creating and developing processes, partnerships, and enhancing ways of working.
You will be a fully qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, or equivalent, have experience managing the financial function across a multilevel, multi-group organization, and ideally have an understanding of the social enterprise sector and the functioning of finance functions within social organizations.

This role is offered as full time and permanent.
