The Project:
8.5m Super Prime residential project in Kensington. The project is programmed to take just over a year and involves the full strip out of a 5 bed townhouse, minor structural/internal reconfiguration, adding a pool to the existing basement, a roof terrace, complete fit out, and bespoke finishes throughout.
The Business:
Family-run company delivering exceptional projects for the past 20 years. The business is looking to double its size and turnover in the next few years from 25m to 50m. Based in the West End, they take on projects from 1-20m.
The Role:
As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering the 8.5m project all the way through to completion. You will manage a team of Sub-Contractors, ensuring the project is run on schedule, reporting to a visiting PM with a Site Manager below you. A keen eye for detail is essential for this position as the quality of finish is among the best.
