We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leader in their industry, for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge ServiceNow projects and play a pivotal role in delivering tailored solutions to enhance business performance. The role is hybrid and requires 2 days per week from their London office.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative ServiceNow solutions. Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable designs. Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Ensure best practices, governance, and platform standards are consistently applied. Drive the implementation of ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems. Oversee the ServiceNow lifecycle, including upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance. Stay updated on new ServiceNow features and modules to maximise platform value.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect or similar role. Expertise across core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integration patterns, and custom development. Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide) and workflow configuration. ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA, CAD, CIS, or others, are highly desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
