Job Description:

What You’ll Do Executes strategy for advanced payment products including EMV, Transit, 3DS, and QR Code with a variety of regional payment partners (Issuers, Acquirers, Gateways, etc). Works closely with business partners to identify market requirements to be incorporated into the product, and provide support to the internal teams as they promote products and services to clients. Supports & leads strategic operational initiatives that are integral to the International Markets vision. Process Improvement - Identifies opportunities within existing processes and support models with the aim of driving efficiencies where possible. Supports the commercialization of products being launched to the network to ensure partners (internal & external) are set up for success. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. How You’ll Do It Ensures product delivery goals are met by providing SME support to internal and external partners to deliver against the strategy. Defines and aligns product delivery approach and goals for allocated markets/partners across key business partners and manages clear communications around progress against strategy. Collaborates across team to ensure appropriate tracking of metrics, reporting, project status. Assesses opportunities to improve product delivery processes and develop efficiency programs. Identifies opportunities to effectively utilize incentive budget. Represents DFS at industry and client events, and prepare and deliver SME-level presentations to multiple levels of internal and external management. Support/lead strategic initiatives, process improvement opportunities, commercialization of core network products. Qualifications You’ll Need The Basics Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field Experience in EMV, Banking, Payments, Certification, smart cards, contactless NFC, QR code, 3DS or related In lieu of a degree, experience in EMV, Banking, Payments, Certification, smart cards, contactless NFC, QR code, 3DS or related Physical and Cognitive Requirements The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
