state-of-the-art hardware platforms . This role combines hands-on expertise with strategic leadership to ensure technological excellence and maintain a competitive edge. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the hardware engineering team, providing technical and strategic direction. Oversee the design and deployment of high-performance FPGA platforms for low-latency trading systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and align hardware initiatives with broader business goals. Define next-generation hardware architectures to enhance system performance and scalability. Manage hardware delivery timelines, validation, and testing to meet performance standards. Integrate emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a technological advantage. Required Skills & Qualifications Advanced degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in FPGA design, digital logic, and low-latency system development. Proven expertise in: Micro-architecture definition, RTL coding, and verification. Simulation, synthesis, Place & Route, and timing analysis. Proficiency in System Verilog and Xilinx FPGA design tools. Working knowledge of C++, Rust, and Python. Experience with automation tools (e.g., Jenkins). Strong understanding of high-performance computing and hardware-software integration. Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
