Due to an internal promotion, our client is now seeking a new

Facilities Management Project Lead

to jointly head up their Southern presence. This is one of the best performing divisions of their overall business. This position is jointly headed up by two regional FM Project Leads, one of whom has recently accepted an internal promotion, making this role available. Ideal locations for the preferred candidate include anywhere in the South, with a willingness to travel throughout the region. The FM Projects role is both sales-focused, selling FM project solutions to existing and new clients, and involves running each FM project with the team from 'cradle to grave'. Success in this exciting role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, motivate others, take pride in each project, and cultivate exceptional client relationships. Interviewing will take place during December 2024 / January 2025, with the view to appoint quickly due to the role being a backfill post.
