Role Overview: The company is seeking a dynamic, visionary Head of Social Media to elevate its social media presence to new heights. The individual in this role will lead the strategy and execution across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement while staying ahead of the curve on trends and innovations. The Head of Social Media will be tasked with: Leading a high-performance team:

Managing and inspiring a team of 10 to ensure quality content and efficient execution. Driving engagement:

Leading social media efforts across all channels to ensure consistency and brand alignment. Leading with vision:

Staying on top of social media trends, driving innovation, and creating new strategies. Creating compelling content:

Planning, producing, and executing social content that resonates deeply with the audience. Collaborating across teams:

Working closely with PR & Partnerships to amplify reach and grow brand awareness. Boosting revenue:

Using strategic social campaigns to drive revenue and increase company visibility. Data-driven excellence:

Focusing on metrics and analytics to continuously optimize strategies and performance. B2B & B2C expertise:

Implementing tailored strategies for both business and consumer audiences. About You: The ideal candidate will have successfully scaled social media channels, driving significant growth with impressive metrics across all platforms working for numerous global brands previously. Your experience must include: People leadership:

Proven experience managing large social media teams (min 5 direct reports) with a track record of team excellence. Network:

A robust media network with the ability to amplify campaigns across platforms. Strategy & content expertise:

Mastery of both organic and paid social media strategies, content creation, and analytics. Data-driven mindset:

Strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns and ensure results. Obsessive passion for social media:
