I am currently working closely with a key Central Government department based in the City of London who are looking to bring in an experienced Azure Engineer to join their Cloud development team providing technical maintenance and support for their migration of on-prem services to the new cloud environment.
The Role:
Type: Contract (3+ months initially) Day Rate: £500 - £550 per day inside IR35 Location: Central London Hybrid working (3 days on-site) Previous or current Public Sector experience is highly desired. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have the following: Strong knowledge of Microsoft software, such as SharePoint, Teams, and Azure Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure as a subject matter expert (SME) Day-to-day operations and maintenance of both public and private cloud environments (VMWare, Azure) Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, etc.) Previous working experience as a Cloud and/or Azure Engineer or similar role Proficiency in Linux and/or Windows server administration, including experience with system automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
