Responsibilities within your new role as Head of Mixology

Strive for industry awards and professional growth while maintaining a focus on providing 5-star service. Design a bespoke cocktail menu, staying current with modern trends and showcasing creativity. Mentor junior team members, providing training in cocktail preparation and bar service. Keep the bar area organised and ensure all health and food safety standards are met. Offer personalised drink recommendations and ensure guests are satisfied with their choices. Oversee inventory levels of spirits, mixers, and garnishes, and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Mixologist who leads from the front, exceptional attention to detail, a creative flair and a passion for delivering a 5 star service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar operations, with cocktail expertise, menu development and a friendly, guest-centered approach that creates a welcoming and memorable experience for every customer.
