Who You Are: A strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving outbound sales in a B2B environment. A people-first leader who inspires, motivates, and develops high-performing sales teams. A data-driven decision-maker who uses insights to refine processes, optimise performance, and exceed KPIs. An innovator with the ability to identify new markets, refine sales pitches, and deliver value to clients. A closer with an exceptional ability to turn prospects into long-term partners.

What You'll Do as Head of Sales: Lead the Team: Manage, mentor, and grow a passionate team of sales consultants and managers (approx 20 FTE). Drive Results: Develop and execute outbound sales strategies that exceed revenue targets. Optimise Performance: Monitor KPIs, implement data-driven improvements, and ensure peak productivity. Shape the Culture: Build a high-energy, supportive, and winning environment that attracts, nurtures and retains top talent. Collaborate: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to align on goals and ensure a seamless customer journey.

Your Experience: 5+ years of senior sales leadership experience in an outbound B2B environment. Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent growth and achieve exceptional results. Able to identify skills gaps and deliver training and coaching to maintain a high performing team. Strong communication, management and coaching skills.
