Head of Technology (SRE/Cloud and Platform Focussed) London £140,000 - £160,000 per annum (Permanent Role) Entertainment Industry - Transformation Leadership Role Our client are a forward-thinking organisation and part of a leading global entertainment group, recognized for their innovative use of technologies and commitment to excellence. As the Head of Digital Operations for the organisations new team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of digital platforms. We are looking for someone who has: Technical Expertise:

Deep understanding of devops, platform engineering, and site reliability engineering and experience in managerial / leadership roles Industry Knowledge:

Experience in technology operations, ideally within entertainment, media, gaming, gambling, betting etc. Leadership:

Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations. Head of DevOps/Head of Platform/ Head of SRE etc. Problem-Solving:

Calm, decisive, and resourceful under pressure, with excellent judgment and a proactive approach to challenges. Stakeholder Management:

Exceptional communication and influencing skills to align diverse teams and deliver on strategic objectives. Data Savvy:

Proficiency in leveraging analytics to inform decisions and optimize platform performance. Commitment to Excellence:

A drive to continuously improve systems, processes, and personal skills while fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture. On a day to day, you will be responsible for: Platform Strategy & Stability:

Develop and execute the digital platform strategy, ensuring consistent performance and operational excellence. Service Ownership:

Oversee the support, monitoring, and incident management of all digital platforms, ensuring 24/7 reliability. Team Leadership:

Build and empower a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Operational Best Practices:

Champion best practices in digital release management, ensuring alignment with third-party providers. Data-Driven Insights:

Leverage data analytics and measurements to monitor performance, identify trends, and implement proactive strategies. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Build influential relationships across organisational functions to advocate for the digital agenda and deliver strategic objectives. Customer-Centric Focus:

Ensure customer needs remain central to all development processes, optimising their experience across platforms. Security & Compliance:

Maintain robust data security and compliance with internal policies and regulations such as GDPR.
