As a Smartsheet Specialist at Crew Life at Sea, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing Smartsheets to support various aspects of our cruise booking operations. You will play a critical role in improving data accuracy, automating tasks, and ensuring that our agency operates efficiently while delivering outstanding cruise experiences to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Smartsheet Development:

Design, create, and manage Smartsheets for various functions within the agency, including but not limited to cruise bookings, customer information management, pricing calculations, and reporting. Formula Development:

Develop complex formulas and calculations within Smartsheets to automate processes, ensure data accuracy, and facilitate decision-making. Sheet Connections:

Establish connections between different Smartsheets, ensuring seamless data flow and integration between various systems and departments. Data Validation:

Implement validation rules and data integrity checks to maintain the accuracy and reliability of data stored in Smartsheets. Workflow Automation:

Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks and workflows within Smartsheets, increasing operational efficiency. Training and Support:

Provide training and support to team members on Smartsheet best practices, tips, and tricks to maximize productivity. Reporting and Analytics:

Generate customized reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, track trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with Smartsheet updates and industry best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the agency's processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in Smartsheet development and administration. Strong proficiency in creating complex formulas and functions within Smartsheets. Excellent understanding of data management and database principles. Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues within Smartsheets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Smartsheet certification or relevant training. Previous experience in the travel or cruise ship industry. Familiarity with other project management or data visualization tools.
