About the Team and Role This role is part of the Data Architectural Team, led by a senior architect overseeing a team of four Data Architects. This expanding team focuses on delivering cutting-edge data solutions. The Data Solution Architect will: Work hands-on with tools like SQL, APIs, Databricks, Synapse, and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS). Engage directly with clients, lead projects from a technical standpoint, and solve complex data challenges. Collaborate with offshore teams and Business Analysts to ensure project success. Focus on practical, solution-oriented data architecture, with a strong emphasis on modelling and designing data-driven solutions. What We're Looking For Experience: A hands-on background as a Data Engineer, progressing to an Architect role. Technical Expertise: Strong skills in SQL, Python, PySpark, DWHs, Lakehouses, Databricks, Synapse, Snowflake, and BigQuery. Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with Azure, GCP, or AWS (cloud-agnostic but specialised in at least one). Client-Facing Skills: Ability to hold technical conversations and lead client engagements. Salary & Working Pattern Salary: £90,000-£120,000 + 12.5% bonus. Flexibility: Hybrid working based on client needs, typically 1-3 days in the office per week. Holiday Scheme Pension Health-care
