Birmingham (Castle Vale) - Hybrid (Office and Agile Working Environment) Starting Salary £30,105 rising to £34,211 on completion of successful probation after 6 months Position Type: Full Time Contract Type: Permanent Closing Date: 10th January 2025 The Role As a Software Tester, you will play an essential part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our clients improving digital solutions. Working in close collaboration with their technical and project teams you will support the delivery of projects using Agile methodologies, contributing to the development of software that meets their needs and exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Engage with technical resources, project teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Design, execute, and manage test cases for functional, non-functional, and regression testing.

Identify and resolve critical faults and inconsistencies, ensuring software quality.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by working closely with stakeholders and providing feedback to development teams.

Promote a "test and learn" culture across the organization, embedding the importance of testing in project workflows.

Essential Skills and Knowledge: Proven experience as a Test Analyst.

Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
