In this role you will: Oversee the smooth and efficient management of all projects alongside supporting the growth of multiple divisions. You will implement new strategies to ensure efficiency, oversee financial performance of projects, and work alongside owners to help grow the business.
The Role:
Operational management - creating strategies to drive growth, improve operations and increase financial performance of projects Oversee project delivery and monitoring KPIs resolving any issues that may occur Lead and manage multiple departments ensuring smooth collaboration between teams Operate at board level reporting current performance and presenting new incentives and strategies for improvement Full-time permanent position based in Bristol with national travel
The Person: Experience as a Contracts Director overseeing project delivery, people management, and implementation of new strategies within a business Knowledge of installation/fit out sector Experience operating at board level - leading meetings and reporting on performance Some design experience - AUTOCAD, BIM
