The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Project Director
to lead and oversee the successful delivery of high-rise residential projects working for a
Main Contractor . This is a pivotal leadership role where you will manage project lifecycles, ensure quality, and foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of high-rise residential apartment projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and design teams.
Oversee compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and site teams.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
Drive innovation and value engineering to maximize project outcomes.
Key Requirements Proven experience as a Project Director, or in a similar senior leadership role, with a
Main Contractor .
A solid background in construction project management, with an emphasis on large-scale residential buildings.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and coordinate teams.
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Knowledge of UK building regulations, health & safety standards, and sustainable practices.
