Job Description You are a people-obsessed person who loves to be part of a high energy, fun, and fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of banquets and special events within our organization. Your exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a team will be crucial to ensuring the success of these events and the satisfaction of our guests.
Qualifications What we are looking for: Have a natural ability to go above and beyond to make sure our guests have a memorable experience. You are the real deal and do not hold back when it comes to showing your true self! Have outstanding customer service skills and can adapt your approach to make our clients feel welcome. Have a passion for hospitality and are looking to develop your career within the industry. Lead by example, working alongside the team while prioritizing their development and training.
