Overview:
We’re looking for a content creator who can create impactful and engaging social media content to elevate our brand's online presence. Responsible for creating content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, you will have your finger on the pulse of the latest social trends with a laser focus on beauty. Comfortable in front of the camera as much as you are behind it, you will enjoy collaborating on creative ideas and waste no time in bringing them to life.
About the opportunity:
Bringing to life the creative needs of some of the most recognisable brands in the beauty industry including No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle, Sleek, and Botanics. Our creators are responsible for crafting and executing thumb-stopping content that resonates with our audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept, capture, and edit social-first video content that drives engagement on our owned channels.
Collaborate with key marketing contacts to ensure creative execution aligns to overarching social and brand strategy.
Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt them to our brand strategy.
Plan and storyboard content ideas, considering factors such as composition, colour schemes, and mood.
Optimize lo-fi content for various digital platforms through monitoring engagement metrics and content performance.
What you need to have:
The successful candidate will have a passion for lo-fi culture, a strong sense of visual aesthetics, and the ability to bring ideas to life through various creative mediums.
Good understanding of the fundamentals of content creation (storytelling, angles, lighting, and transitions).
Experience with video editing software and design tools. Confident handling of handheld capture devices (tripods/ring lights).
