Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, and networking platforms. Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system. Create and deliver detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders. Update and manage client licenses, ensuring system compliance and efficiency. What Experience is Required
Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft environments and virtualization technologies (e.g., VDI, Citrix, VMware). Strong knowledge of basic networking (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS) and SQL. Excellent communication skills. Salary & Benefits
