About the Role As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll manage, optimise, and enhance our Salesforce platform, working closely with the Technical, RevOps, and Sales teams. You’ll be responsible for daily configuration, user management, and automations while identifying and implementing new processes to streamline our business operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day configuration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform. Collaborate with Technical, RevOps, and Sales teams to identify and implement process improvements. Manage user permissions, object configuration, page layouts, dashboards, reports, and bulk updates. Develop and automate workflows using Salesforce flows, process builder, and approvals. Lead the implementation of new Salesforce functionality. Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders. Actively contribute to the ongoing development and optimisation of the Salesforce platform. Requirements: Proven experience in a hands-on Salesforce administration role. Proficiency in Salesforce flows and managing configuration requests. Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Git would be ideal. Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred). Experience with Experience Cloud (preferred). Strong data analysis and visualisation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. What We Offer: Competitive salary: £40,000–£55,000 (depending on experience).
