Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private client matters, possess excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to delivering high-quality legal services to clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration plus more. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing a personalised service tailored to individual needs. Keep abreast of changes in legislation and industry developments relevant to private client law. Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the legal team. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years of experience in private client law. Strong knowledge and expertise in wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing workload efficiently.
