Human Resources Advisor 37 Hours per week Salary £25,545.64 - £28,054 DoE Norse Group's HR department has an excellent opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our team at our Head Office in Norwich. This role offers a chance to gain generalist HR experience in a large organisation and progress your career in Human Resources. This position sits within the Employee Relations team as part of HR Shared Services, involving a variety of employee relations matters. Support and mentoring are provided to ensure you can reach your full potential. The Role As an HR Advisor, you will deliver outstanding HR advice and support across the Group to uphold the Norse Group’s core values. Responsibilities include: Provide proactive HR advice and guidance to managers on various employment topics. Support managers with employee relations matters such as disciplinary issues, grievances, and performance management. Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies and procedures for compliance with employment law. Manage and support sickness cases. Provide first-line support for all Employee Relations matters. Our Ideal Candidate Desired experience and knowledge include: Excellent communication skills, able to converse at all levels. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across the business. Currently working towards a CIPD Qualification, or willing to undertake it. Understanding of HR functions and systems. Desirable prior experience in an HR role. Our Offer Salary of £25,545.64 - £28,054 depending on experience. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
