A leading and reliable provider of Asbestos Management and Consultancy services across the UK is now seeking to take on a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. You will be covering Healthcare, Construction, Retail, and Educational sites across London and the Home Counties region. The successful candidate will hold the BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications and will have extensive experience carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical services in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
Experience & Qualifications:
Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
Experience working as a surveyor and/or analyst for a reputable Asbestos Consultancy.
Extensive knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
Confident in using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
Able to communicate and organise workload efficiently.
The Role:
Management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
Carrying out 4 stage clearances.
Leak, smoke, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
Carrying out onsite audits.
Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
Undertaking sampling of suspected ACMs.
Safely bagging and correctly labelling ACM samples before sending to the laboratory for analysis.
Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed and comprehensive reports based on site findings.
Working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
