Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will have full reporting responsibility with collaboration with the operation lead within the business.
The ideal individual will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Duties include:
Preparation of monthly management accounts Responsible for completing monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations - collaborating with all stakeholders Analyse Financial and Business data to assess and challenge performance and to assist management decision making. Produce key reports, daily, weekly and monthly in a timely and accurate manner to support business performance Leading annual budgeting and forecasting processes, reforecasting where necessary Be the primary contact during year end Audit Support on pricing Continuously review and update finance procedures to ensure optimum performance Other projects as requested by the Senior Finance team Person Specification:
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified Good I.T skills particularly Microsoft Excel Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business Adaptable / Can do attitude with good communications skills Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
