Your work will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, driving business development, and delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: Department Development: Lead the strategic growth of the property department, enhancing its reputation and market presence. Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Legal Expertise: Handle a broad range of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing. Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring the highest standards of service and compliance. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the firm’s property brand and market position.
