This Building Services specific consultancy has been operating across the country for the last 6 years and has grown to a strong team of 50 individuals across 4 offices. Due to workload and their ambitious plans, they are now looking to add a Senior Mechanical Engineer to their friendly and already successful team, someone with proven Building Services Design experience in a consultancy, contractor, or client-side environment. Operating on all sides of building services design—mechanical, electrical, sustainability, BIM, and public health—this consultancy has built a strong reputation across the country and aims to establish themselves even more in the next few years around the North. They are a medium-sized practice working in a huge range of sectors such as education, hospitals, residential, and retail. Their BIM team currently stands at 6 individuals, and they are hoping to add 2 more BIM Technicians in the next couple of months. Their office in total is 16 people, and you could be leading a small design team of around 5 people, depending on the size of the projects. The projects they are currently working on include two DFE £35M new build secondary schools, the early stages of a leisure centre, and numerous office blocks. Ideally, they will recruit an all-rounder with experience in a few different sectors.
