As Head of Commercial Business, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative commercial strategies, overseeing brand, marketing, communications and PR, events, and business development functions. Working alongside the UOE Sport senior leadership team, you will take full ownership of the commercial direction, leading a dynamic team to deliver impactful results. Your influence will extend to the development of structures and delivery standards that maximise commercial performance, ensuring UOE Sport thrives as a leader in its field. Significant experience leading
commercial strategy
and operations in a large, elite / pro’ sport environment. Demonstrated expertise in
brand, marketing, communications, PR , and events management. Proven experience managing and motivating diverse teams, with strong performance management skills. Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and drive
income-generating opportunities . Experience managing large budgets and making strategic resource decisions. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
