This programme brings together a multidisciplinary team of change professionals to achieve a future where the student record system supports a seamless experience for our Staff and Students.

About these Roles

Joining this programme as a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be working in support of multiple workstreams of technically enabled change. We are seeking people with the skills and expertise to ensure that the programme delivers high quality solutions which address the varied needs of staff and students across our organisation.

Given the complexity of this programme of work, there are multiple workstreams in need of the support of a Senior Business Analyst. We will be seeking to fill more than one vacancy to help us: define, prioritise and analyse changes to the student record system, including the implications of removing end-of-life and obsolete tech; develop our understanding of the business requirements relating to curriculum management; identify and fill gaps in our understanding of business processes. About You

You will have proven experience of all aspects of business analysis, with an excellent understanding of how systems and technology can solve business problems. Your essential skills will include: producing business process documentation and process mapping; the ability to gather and review requirements, developing suitable processes and reviewing solutions; structured and logical thinking, with the ability to integrate plans within a wider strategy and the ability to adapt to changing priorities; applying originality and innovation to solve problems and propose solutions; excellent communication, with the ability to clearly present complex information for different audiences and build effective collaboration across a range of business stakeholders.
