Principal People are pleased to be working with an international provider of risk management services who are looking for a Health and Safety Consultant to join their Risk Management team. The focus of this role is to provide a range of health and safety and risk management consultancy services to an established client base around the UK, from guidance and advice to promoting new services.

As Health and Safety Consultant you will:

Act as the lead consultant for a portfolio of established national clients, primarily within the public sector. Prepare proposals to clients on a range of services based on their needs. Conduct a range of health and safety reviews and produce high quality reports containing practical suggestions for improvement. Develop, update and present various in-house and open training events on a variety of health and safety and risk management topics. Work with management in the development and promoting of new services and products. The successful Health and Safety Consultant will have: A recognised qualification in Health and Safety / Risk Management. The ability to work autonomously and manage their own schedule. Experience working in the public sector is preferred. Experience working as a consultant or with external clients. The skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience as well as the opportunity to join a successful and expanding business.
