REQUIREMENTS: A qualified solicitor with at least 12 months’ experience in contentious construction law, either during training or post-qualification. Proven experience managing or assisting with disputes such as adjudications, mediations, arbitrations or litigation. Strong knowledge of construction contracts such as JCT, NEC or FIDIC and the disputes arising from them. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to distil complex legal and technical issues into practical solutions. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused and commercial mindset. A proactive individual who thrives under pressure, is detail-oriented and can work effectively in a collaborative team environment. A genuine interest in the construction and engineering sectors and a desire to develop a long-term career in contentious construction law.
