Asbestos Consultant/Surveyor
for the London area. This is a permanent role, salary negotiable up to circa £60,000 plus car allowance and benefits package. There will be international travel for overseas projects involved in this role. Responsibilities: Conduct asbestos surveys, re-inspections, and sampling. Perform smoke tests, background, leak reassurance, visual inspections, four-stage clearances, and re-occupation and personal air testing. Overseeing asbestos removal projects to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and procedures. Producing comprehensive reports as required. Regularly liaising with clients. Skills and Experience required for the Asbestos Consultant/Surveyor role: British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) modules P402, P403, and P404 or equivalent qualifications. Higher-level qualifications, such as an HND or equivalent, are advantageous. Demonstrated experience in conducting asbestos surveys and air monitoring across various property types. Good written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and internationally. Able to pass UK security clearance. Full details on application.
