The post holder will deliver comprehensive technical expertise across a variety of core service delivery systems, including (but not limited to) fundamental Windows Server operations, backup solutions, patch management, database administration, and associated Microsoft products/services such as Active Directory, Group Policies, ADFS, DNS, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Office 365, VMware ESX, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), and Certificate Authority.
