Information Technology (IT) provides technology and digital services to the staff and students, including front line support services, infrastructure, applications, and project delivery. We are a department of 173 staff. Responsibilities

The post holder will deliver comprehensive technical expertise across a variety of core service delivery systems, including (but not limited to) fundamental Windows Server operations, backup solutions, patch management, database administration, and associated Microsoft products/services such as Active Directory, Group Policies, ADFS, DNS, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Office 365, VMware ESX, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), and Certificate Authority. We are seeking a confident, organised and professional self-starter. You will have a proven track record of supporting complex technical environments. The role-holder will be experienced in motivating and communicating to other team members and non-technical stakeholders the role of infrastructure and platform services plays in supporting broader University services.
