A Southampton law firm has a requirement in their employment team for an experienced Employment Lawyer to work on a variety of Employment matters, including contentious and non-contentious issues, in conjunction with experienced fee earners.
The role will involve providing Employment advice to both respondent and defendant clients on matters such as:
Discrimination Disciplinary Employment contracts Grievance procedures Employment tribunals Settlement agreements Experience in case handling within the employment field is essential.
Candidates will have previous experience in Employment law matters within private practice or a legal consultancy capacity and may be qualified Legal Executives, Solicitors, or Lawyers.
Salary is dependent upon experience.
