The post holder will take the lead on projects as designated by the Lead Nurse. A keen interest in screening, identification, and brief advice will be needed. It is essential that you are flexible and have a good understanding of the challenges in relation to the areas of responsibility and the skills required to support patients, families, carers, and staff. You must also demonstrate excellent organizational skills, support the lead nurse and work effectively within a team. You must be forward-thinking and be open to developing and progressing new ideas and innovative ways of working. You will provide a timely response to referrals into the Alcohol Care Team and undertake assessment using standardized assessment tools. About us
