Are you a People/HR Business Partner looking for your next career move? Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity is hiring for a People Business Partner to join our People Team. As a People Business Partner at GOSH Charity, you will play a key role in delivering the new people strategy in your client areas. This is the first year of our ambitious People Strategy, which will see the People Team working on a range of impactful projects. You will have the opportunity to deliver and embed people strategy in your client areas in a way that meets the local needs and challenges, as well as shaping and influencing the entire People Team approach through your in-depth knowledge of your areas. The salary for this position is £47,387 per annum. Key Responsibilities
This is a varied role, where you’ll get involved with: Proactively coaching and guiding managers, facilitating and supporting a seamless delivery of key people-related matters in your client group. Developing strong relationships and positioning yourself as a valuable partner with leaders across your client areas. Bringing new ideas on how to attract, develop, and retain staff. Ensuring that managers and leaders are questioned on their approach to ensure the best outcome for the business and colleagues. Providing expert advice on the development of the team's organisational design, ensuring teams are operating in the optimum structure. Providing an excellent understanding of all core people metrics to the team and wider business, delivering data and reports to provide key insights and prompt appropriate action by the management team. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Previous experience in a People/HR Business Partner position. A true People/HR generalist with the ability to flex up and down. Ability to develop strong and effective working relationships as well as motivate and influence others. In-depth knowledge of People practices with the ability to adapt to different environments. Adept at complex stakeholder management. Able to develop and implement innovative solutions within the People/HR space. Strong problem-solving skills. Highly analytical, with experience managing and analysing people metrics. Experience developing short, medium, and long-term People plans. About The Team
