We are looking for a superstar Workshop Controller for our client's space age, state of the art workshop in the Preston area. Dealerships don't come any better than this, a stunning setting!
Package is strong, with a basic of £35,500, an OTE of £45,000, a company car and additional benefits.
We want to talk to the BEST Workshop Controllers in the area. Ideally, you will have premium brand experience (preferred, but not essential) and significant team supervisory experience. This workshop houses many technicians, so if you're used to looking after 3 or 4 technicians, this isn't the role for you.
Our client has a 1st class reputation and offers realistic career pathways, proven over time by looking at the managers across the group, the majority being developed into their roles after many years with the company.
