The Amazon Global Selling Marketing Team spreads awareness of selling globally and engages potential sellers through social media channels and the website to promote the sell on Amazon program. Our mission is to educate sellers on how they can become successful on the Amazon marketplace and understand the potential benefits to their business, allowing them to reach a world of customers. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to define the strategy for how we communicate with our Sellers about Amazon products. You will help us define our positioning and messaging to Sellers, create compelling content to help businesses understand our value proposition, and build the right programs to increase awareness and adoption of Amazon products. You will work closely with the product management team, third-party Sellers in Vietnam, and Amazon Global Selling Asia. We seek an innovator, communicator, influencer, and problem solver. You will need to be highly analytical, think and act fast, and be adept at finding creative solutions to complex problems. Key Job Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of complex product marketing initiatives to define the strategy and measurement. Aggregate and analyze inputs from multiple sources to formulate the product marketing strategy. Understand, measure, and evaluate how your initiatives impact customer experience and business outcomes. Anticipate risks, prevent/remove blockers, and recommend and/or build contingency plans. Lead reporting and narratives, presenting them effectively to senior leaders. Streamline and/or eliminate excess processes, holding partner teams accountable for improvement. Communicate and align marketing objectives, strategy, and milestones to senior leaders and/or key stakeholders. Own, develop, and implement content and communications product marketing plans, product content, and go-to-market strategies for each product. Work with the product management team to distill key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messages. Build reports to provide visibility on content and communications marketing results, effectiveness, and conversions. Other responsibilities as required. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field with 7+ years of product marketing experience (e-commerce/business management/retail) with an emphasis on data analysis. Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. Proficiency in Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables). Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches. Demonstrated ability to evaluate product adoption, traffic drivers, and performance of product marketing campaigns. Ability to make informed data-driven decisions based on performance insights. Professional proficiency in English and Vietnamese. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years B2B marketing experience; technology or Seller service marketing preferred, and Marketplace Seller experience is a plus. 3+ years of experience in content marketing and community building to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth. Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis. Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
