Description
As a result of strong growth, CFC is seeking to appoint an expert in Delegated Underwriting to join our fantastic Performance Management team here in London on a permanent basis. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for Delegated Underwriting operations. This is a greenfield space, so we’re looking for someone who is up for an exciting challenge and really wants to build from the ground up.
About the role
Partnering with the Portfolio Manager, this is a great opportunity to play a key role in developing and maintaining strong internal controls whilst also directly impacting and improving the delegated underwriting processes as the business continues to grow. Critical to the role will be your ability to manage Delegated Authority procedures and processes for the CFC facilities both at the MGA and at CFC’s syndicate. You will have exposure across the end-to-end delegated authority lifecycle. You will communicate with stakeholders internally for the purpose of ensuring our facilities are managed effectively and efficiently.
About you
So what are we looking for? Well, this is an experienced hire, so we're really keen to receive applications from Insurance professionals with in-depth experience in Delegated Underwriting Operations. MGA experience would be of particular interest to us, naturally, but is by no means a must!
