This role takes an office first hybrid approach here at London Gatwick, with three days a week in the office, two days remote, managed around the needs of the business. What is the role?

Accountable for the relationship and strategic alignment between IT and Heads of Department and Team Managers, with regards to the data needs of our business. Taking end-to-end accountability for the delivery of all data, integration and analytics capabilities and the associated evolution of AI. What will you do?

Accountable for the alignment of Business and IT ambitions for all data needs across Gatwick. Leads the creation and delivery of Gatwick's data strategy in conjunction with business stakeholders that drives data selection making at all levels. Accountable for all delivery of data capabilities utilising product management methodologies, ensuring on time, budget and to agreed scope, including overseeing all 3rd party activity and associated evolution of AI. Accountable for the architecture and platforms that drive the wider agreed data strategy. Accountable for effective communications between IT and leaders across the business, including Director and Head Of level staff. Acts as single point of IT management contact for data, covering escalations, delivery and IT policies. Do you have what we're looking for?

Degree level qualified or equivalent Prince 2 Practitioner or MSP qualification Experience of managing complex data platform landscapes Experience defining, communicating and delivering data strategies Experience of IT Business Relationship Management in a complex commercial organisation Experience of developing, guiding teams and motivating others Experience of operating in a fast-paced technology enabled organisation Experience of delivering major IT projects and programmes Experience of working within an IT team in a medium or large organisation Problem-solving skills and the ability to research solutions Knowledge of business analysis, process mapping, requirements management and testing Experience of Knowledge of ITIL V3 What's in it for you?
