Delivery Manager

What You'll Do:

As a Delivery Manager at Jumar, you will: Lead Projects:

Oversee application development and modernisation projects, managing schedules, budgets, and ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery. Engage Clients:

Serve as the primary client liaison, building trust and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Inspire Teams:

Lead cross-functional Agile teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster collaboration and excellence. Manage Risks:

Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to ensure seamless project delivery. Ensure Quality:

Uphold the highest standards in project deliverables by implementing best practices and conducting regular quality checks. Drive Agile Practices:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach team members, and advocate for Agile principles across the organisation. Focus on Outcomes:

Align solutions with customer goals and deliver measurable business value.

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you'll need: Experience:

Proven success as a Delivery Manager and Agile Scrum Master in application development or modernisation projects. Leadership:

A strong track record of empowering teams and driving effective delivery. Technical Insight:

Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), with the ability to spot gaps and implement improvements. Agility:

Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), including tools like Azure DevOps. Communication:

Outstanding skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and team collaboration. Adaptability:

The ability to manage multiple projects, navigate ambiguity, and deliver in dynamic environments. Educational Background:

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
