Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking to recruit a senior patent litigation solicitor to join their growing team in their London office. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior solicitor to join an established IP practice.
This role involves advising the firm's wide range of clients on patent and trade secret dispute matters, including litigation and ADR. The role is diverse, allowing the successful candidate to work in a specific sector or across multiple sectors. While the position will be primarily contentious, there will be opportunities to engage in non-contentious work.
Experience and skills:
England & Wales or Common Law qualified 4-8 years PQE gained at a leading UK or international patent litigation team Multi-jurisdictional patent litigation experience Excellent academic background Stable career record Rewards:
