Job ID: 2701901 | Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd Are you a digital media specialist who is adaptable, a self-starter, curious, and delivers results in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Digital Media Manager to work alongside our media agency to plan and execute a range of in-house managed paid digital and social campaigns for Amazon Australia.

The Digital Media Manager will work with campaign owners to define media strategies and then manage the end-to-end media implementation. We require a candidate with an analytical, data-driven mindset, with a strong customer focus, to help determine robust and efficient media plans to achieve our goals. You will work to establish and implement digital media best practices and bring media innovation, with rigorous analytical processes and reporting.

Experience working with Meta Business Manager, Sprinklr, and paid digital display (ideally ADSP) is essential. Strong Excel skills are required, and ideally, you should also be comfortable with SQL.

Key job responsibilities

Partner with campaign owners to define media strategy, target audience, budgets, and optimal assets/formats for creative development. Ensure there are clear objectives with robust measurement in place to assess performance. Plan and execute innovative, effective, and holistic media strategies and tactics. Manage end-to-end execution, including campaign setup, trafficking, tracking, links, etc. Monitor and analyze key media metrics and optimize in real-time to maximize impact. Deliver post-campaign reporting, with detailed dashboards, learnings, and insights. Develop a robust learning agenda that helps us drive step change improvements in performance over time. Raising POs, budget management, and reporting. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns - Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables) - Experience in audience segmentation and targeting - Experience with a range of digital media buying tools and platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, and paid social platforms.
