Have you got a passion for wellness and experience in luxury brands? My client is considered an exclusive sanctuary of luxury and wellness and they are seeking an innovative Product Development Manager to lead the creation of exceptional hotel and spa experiences across their wellness offerings for their discerning clientele.

The Role As a Product Development Manager, you will spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge spa wellness programs and luxury amenities that define the pinnacle of hospitality excellence. Your analytical prowess will be instrumental in shaping the guest experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to identify emerging wellness trends and guest preferences. Develop strategic product initiatives that align with the brand ethos and exceed guest expectations. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams. Collaborate with resort directors, wellness experts, and design teams to create innovative experiences. Oversee the development, testing, and launch of new spa services and wellness products. Manage product lifecycles using data-driven insights to ensure continuous improvement. Present compelling business cases for new initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in product development within the luxury hospitality or wellness industry. Strong analytical background with expertise in data interpretation and statistical analysis. Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams. Experience in Business Analytics, Product Management, or related field preferred. Proficiency in data visualization tools and project management software.
