21Shares is seeking a creative Social Media Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing social media strategy and presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media marketing, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to engage with the online community. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with 21Shares’ marketing goals and objectives. Manage and maintain social media presence across multiple platforms. Work with external partners to produce partner content, reports, and co-marketing with vendors and other non-contracted industry partners. Measure the success of social media activities using analytical tools and provide reports on ROI and performance metrics to guide future strategies. Identify gaps in our existing messaging and define ways to strengthen our brand and voice. Develop and manage social media campaigns and contests to drive engagement and brand awareness. Ensure brand consistency and compliance with social media policies and guidelines. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 2-4 years experience managing Twitter and LinkedIn accounts. Must live in the continental United States. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing social media strategies. Excellent content creation and writing skills. Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, professional service environment. Salary Information

(NYC only) Pursuant to Section 8-102 of title 8 of the New York City administrative code, the base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000. Total compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
