You will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a small team of engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to succeed. You will provide hands-on technical expertise, troubleshooting issues on high-speed food processing and packaging machinery, ensuring all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for coordinating the planned maintenance.
You will hold relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ 3 and above) and have a background within food manufacturing.
