The Opportunity:
Are you an experienced Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) professional who can combine strategic leadership, specialist knowledge, and an enthusiastic approach to drive initiatives? We are looking for someone who can lead our recruitment and talent acquisition efforts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with EDI principles.
Collaborate with various departments to identify staffing needs.
Lead recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract diverse talent.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness.
Provide guidance and support on EDI matters in recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of EDI principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
