We are currently recruiting for the leading property damage team of this top Legal 500 firm. The department handles the full range of commercial insurance disputes including complex property damage matters, high-value subrogated recovery as well as coverage disputes. The Partners are keen to speak with experienced Associates to add further depth to the team.

Seeking candidates at all PQE levels with litigation experience, particularly in property damage and subrogated recoveries. Vast range of work available for equally impressive variety of clients The department is structured so lawyers gain exposure to a wide range of litigation. You might advise on property damage one day and handle a subsidence matter or a party wall dispute the next. More about the work The team handles all manner of contentious commercial insurance work. Examples of work include: Instructions from a range of insured perils such as fire and flood damage; High-value construction-related disputes; Intricate cases involving assets stolen through fraud, involving injunctive relief. This includes work for corporate crime insurers; High-profile property liability cases related to acts of terror. The successful candidate will be advising leading insurers as well as corporates across a number of sectors. The team prides itself on advising sophisticated in-house teams on some of the most complex pieces of insurance litigation. The aim of the Partners is to provide talented, experienced Associates with their next step up with routes towards Legal Director-level roles and beyond.
