The Executive MBA (EMBA) Programmes are part of a suite of premium fee degrees taught within Cambridge Judge Business School. Our students are senior executives who primarily study in Cambridge for one weekend a month or online and demand a high level of quality and service.
We are looking for a
Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator
to join the EMBA team. The role holder will be responsible for promoting the Cambridge and Global EMBA programmes by organising and attending promotional events and collaborating with various EMBA stakeholders. The role holder will engage prospective students by calling, emailing and proactively connecting with them to move them through the pipeline to apply. They will also be responsible for candidate management after application, through to student enrolment.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience or knowledge of the Higher and Further Education environment. A high level of communication, interpersonal and organisational skills in addition to experience of working with people from other cultures are pre-requisites of this role. Strong writing skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, and experience handling sensitive matters with discretion are essential for this role.
Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 1 year in the first instance.
The interview date for this role will be the 9th of January 2025.
