If so, Kuehne+Nagel is looking for a dedicated and talented Branch Manager to oversee our Glasgow site. Leading the Customer facing team, you’ll drive our local customer and employee experience and make a significant impact on our growing business! Your Role

As the Branch Manager for our Glasgow location, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team for both air and sea logistics. You will manage a diverse team, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in maintaining and expanding our market presence in the local area. Your Responsibilities

Driving local growth and Customer experience Maintain a thorough understanding of the Glasgow logistics market and industry trends. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams. Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Drive the employee experience on site, in line with our Roadmap goals. Work closely with customers to meet their needs and support their growth. Utilise your 5+ years of experience in customer service and stakeholder management to drive growth. Your Skills and Experiences

Proven experience in logistics, with a background in both sea and air logistics being beneficial. Extensive management experience, with a strong track record of leading large teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of the logistics market in Glasgow and surrounding areas. Ability to host and lead effective town hall meetings. Experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable. Good Reasons to Join
