As a Crime and Regulatory Lawyer, you will:
Support cases from incident investigation to resolution.
Manage health and safety, nursing/care sector, environmental and motor crime matters.
Collaborate closely with clients, regulators, and experts.
Deliver innovative legal solutions and professional training.
Analyse prosecution evidence and draft statements.
Coordinate with courts, regulatory bodies and experts.
Prepare and serve bundles, submissions, and evidence.
Requirements of the role:
Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year of experience in crime, regulatory, or care home inquests.
Exceptional organisational and analytical skills.
Strong communication abilities and a calm demeanour under pressure.
Team player adept at navigating sensitive client situations.
